The procedures layout, the construction of various scenes (storyboard) and the scriptwriting required 8 days of pre-production preparation.
The shooting lasted 2 and a half days in the Chengdu hypermarkets with a cast of Carrefour employees. The videos are arranged on the DVD allowing access by Chapters or continuous playback.
The DVD comes in simple packaging (Jewel case, cover and sticks). 200 copies of the DVD were produced and used as a support tool for the training of nearly 3,000 new employees per year.
